By accessing or using Poster Maker (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Definitions
"User Content" means any images, text, or other materials you upload, submit or create while using the Service. "We", "us" and "our" refer to the operators of Poster Maker.
Use of the Service
The Service is provided as a browser-based tool for splitting and preparing images for multi-page printing. All processing is performed client-side in your browser. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any User Content complies with applicable laws, including copyright and privacy laws.
User Content; Ownership & Responsibility
You retain ownership of any images or content you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the content for the purpose of providing the Service (for example rendering, cropping, and exporting pages). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload and process the User Content and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to upload, create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise violates the rights of others or these Terms. We reserve the right to block content or restrict access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service, except as explicitly permitted by these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
